Associate Attorney

About the role

We are seeking an experienced trust and estate litigation attorney or experienced litigation attorney for our Fort Myers and Naples, Florida locations. The attorney in Naples will be working directly for a double Florida Bar board certified attorney with more than thirty years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Focus on trust, estate and guardianship administration and litigation
• Work closely with a highly experienced attorney to build a dynamic and lucrative practice
• Assume at least 50 hours per week

Requirements

• Licensed to practice in Florida
• Experience: At least three years preferred, four years strongly preferred
• Computer literacy

Qualifications

• Class rank on resume (if within five years of graduation)
• Florida Bar admission
• Local preference
