We've facilitated financial raises, worked with venture capital and private equity and run transactions in healthcare from home health agency acquisitions to bond financed healthcare facilities. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Delray Beach, FL for an Excellent Business Attorney with Healthcare and Wellness Industry Experience. The attorney will specialize in providing representation and legal services to healthcare providers and businesses in various areas of the healthcare and wellness industries. The attorney will work within our premium private practice structure and be responsible for handling a diverse caseload related to healthcare corporate needs, compliance, licensure, certification, accreditation, and business, operational and regulatory matters. The attorney will also work on transactions and financial raises in the healthcare and wellness industries.
