Associate Attorney

About the role

The Associate Attorney position involves performing a variety of tasks and completing assignments related to a range of legal matters and cases in active litigation.

Responsibilities

• Researching, drafting, reviewing, and editing pleadings, contracts, motions, letters, memos, and other legal correspondence.
• Taking and defending depositions of clients, witnesses, and adverse parties.
• Attending hearings and arguing points of law in front of various courts and administrative agencies.
• Advising and discussing legal issues with clients.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Colorado.
• Experience and skill in research, writing, and oral argument.
• A highly motivated individual with a great work ethic interested in learning new areas of law in complex areas of commercial litigation including products liability, aviation, construction defect, premises liability, breach of contracts, and general bodily injury and property damage defense.
