About The Role

Rosenblum Law is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Associate Attorney to join our growing Estate Planning practice in Clifton, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly licensed attorney looking to build a rewarding legal career in Estate Planning. No prior experience is required—comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided. We are looking for candidates with exceptional communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a genuine interest in developing expertise in Estate Planning.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with estate planning matters under the guidance of senior attorneys.
• Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
• Conduct legal research and stay informed on estate planning laws and regulations.
• Participate in client consultations and provide professional legal support.
• Maintain accurate case files and documentation.
• Collaborate with the legal team to deliver high-quality client service.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active New Jersey Bar Admission (required).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and build a career in Estate Planning.
• No prior legal experience required.

Pay

Competitive salary of up to $150,000 per year.
