Associate Attorney

Requirements

• Civil experience preferred
• Some courtroom experience mandatory
• Writing and critical thinking skills emphasized
• Excellent long term career position for the right candidate

Responsibilities

• Handle a reasonable caseload comprised of Plaintiff personal injury and commercial litigation cases
• Write letters, motions, emails, and respond to same in highly professional manner
• Appear in court (federal and state) for trial and motion practice
