Key Responsibilities Manage a plaintiff personal injury litigation docket from filing through trial.Handle cases throughout all stages of litigation.Prepare cases for hearings, discovery, settlement, and trial.Advocate effectively for clients and protect their interests throughout the litigation process.Manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment while maintaining organization and deadlines.Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to effectively advance cases. Qualifications Licensed attorney in good standing with the Texas Bar.Experience practicing litigation, with a focus on plaintiff personal injury.Strong case-management and organizational skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Ability to manage a litigation docket independently in a fast-paced environment.Strong commitment to client advocacy and teamwork.
