About the role
Our client is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2+ years of experience in Real Estate and Business/Commercial Litigation.
Responsibilities
- Handle real estate, business, and commercial litigation matters.
- Manage cases efficiently from inception through resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, contracts, and legal correspondence.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and negotiations.
- Build client relationships and actively participate in the local community.
Qualifications
- Active Washington State Bar License required.
- Minimum 2 years of litigation experience required.
- Strong oral advocacy and legal writing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a timely manner.
- Interest in developing a long-term practice in South Puget Sound.
