About the role
This is a full-time on-site position for an Associate Attorney located in Ontario, CA.
Responsibilities
- Handling legal matters related to Labor and Employment Law
- Conducting legal research
- Preparing legal documents
- Offering legal advice
- Negotiating on behalf of clients
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Law with a strong understanding of Labor and Employment Law
- Ability to provide sound Legal Advice and develop effective legal strategies
- Strong skills in Research and analysis of legal cases and documentation
- Excellent Negotiation skills and ability to advocate on behalf of clients
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in the California State Bar
- 2+ years of experience in labor or employment law is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
