Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
- Aid in case preparation, including discovery and trial preparation.
- Negotiate and draft contracts and other transactional documents.
- Provide advice on legal rights and obligations to clients.
- Maintain current knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- 2-5 years of litigation experience preferred.
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- High ethical standards and professional integrity.
- Must be licensed to practice law in California.
