About the role
This is a full-time, hybrid position for an Associate Attorney licensed in Virginia with our offices located in Montgomery County, MD.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice
- Conduct legal research
- Draft legal documents
- Represent clients in real estate, fiduciary litigation and/or business law
- Utilize skills to resolve disputes and ensure favorable outcomes for clients
Qualifications
- Attorney with 1-3 years of experience
- Should be licensed in all of DC/MD/Virginia or either one
- Proficiency in Law, with a specialization or experience in Virginia Real Estate Law & or and or civil litigation, business law
- Primary: Business law, real estate, fiduciary litigation
- Additional Considered Experience: Immigration, bankruptcy, personal injury
- Strong Legal Advice and Negotiation skills to effectively support and advocate for clients
- Effective Research abilities to prepare case strategies and legal documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active membership in the VA State Bar Association

- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently
- Salary: $90k-110k annually
