About the role
This is a full-time remote Associate Attorney position with an office based in Honolulu. The role requires appearing in District Court, Circuit Court, United States District Court, and United States Bankruptcy Court in person.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality legal representation in assigned matters (pre-litigation, settlement, bankruptcy, foreclosure, eviction, light litigation);
- Work independently with minimal supervision;
- Manage a high-volume caseload efficiently and prepare timely, accurate filings;
- Be responsive to clients, communicating case strategy and updates;
- Collaborate with other members of the firm;
- Maintain accurate billing and timekeeping;
- Process all aspects of the judicial foreclosure process.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree;
- Licensed Hawaii Attorney;
- Eager to build legal expertise and courtroom skills;
- Permanent US work authorization required.
Pay
$80,000.00 - $120,000.00 USD per year, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Full-time, remote position with in-person court appearances required.
