Title Associate Attorney Summary A boutique law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with any level of litigation experience. The firm offers a teaching-oriented environment where associates receive training in state and federal matters, develop their legal skills, and build their own clientele while handling cases on behalf of the firm. Responsibilities Handle matters involving workers' compensation, personal injury, employment law, complex civil litigation, immigration, and business litigation.Work on state and federal legal matters across various practice areas.Handle cases on behalf of the firm while developing and growing an individual client base.Learn and develop litigation skills with guidance and training from experienced attorneys. Qualifications Maryland Bar admission is required.District of Columbia Bar admission is preferred but not required.Litigation experience at any level is welcome.Willingness to learn, grow, and develop within a supportive law firm environment.
