Key Responsibilities
- Analyze complex insurance coverage issues and prepare coverage opinions.
- Manage commercial litigation matters with minimal supervision.
- Handle motion practice, depositions, court appearances, and other litigation proceedings.
- Conduct extensive legal research and prepare high-quality legal briefs, memoranda, and other written work.
- Collaborate with attorneys and clients on complex litigation and insurance-related matters.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of commercial litigation experience.
- Experience with insurance coverage analysis and coverage opinions strongly preferred.
- Strong experience with motion practice, depositions, and court appearances.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to independently manage litigation matters.
- Strong academic credentials.
- New Jersey Bar admission required; New York Bar admission strongly preferred.
