Associate Attorney

About the role

A well-established personal injury law firm in Arizona is seeking a motivated and experienced Associate Attorney to join its growing team. This opportunity is ideal for a recently licensed attorney or an attorney with approximately one year of plaintiff-side personal injury experience who is looking to build a long-term career in personal injury law. The ideal candidate will be client-focused, driven, and committed to achieving strong results while maintaining a high level of professionalism and service.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support plaintiff personal injury matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties.
• Assist with case strategy and development.
• Provide high-quality legal representation and client service.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to effectively manage caseloads.
• Maintain strong attention to detail and case deadlines.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Arizona Bar license required.
• At least 1 year of plaintiff personal injury experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience practicing Arizona law.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for client satisfaction and achieving successful outcomes.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to reliably commute to the office or relocate before starting.

Pay

Starting salary of $100,000+ per year, depending on experience. Performance-based bonus opportunities.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8-hour shift. Work location: in person.
