Associate Attorney

About the role

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience, preferably in civil and commercial litigation, with a focus on toxic tort cases. They should be a self-starter, comfortable with responsibilities such as court appearances and depositions, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on legal matters
• Prepare and present legal arguments in court
• Manage and conduct depositions
• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff
• Contribute to marketing and client development efforts

Requirements

• Licensed to practice in Illinois
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Multi-state license preferred

• Writing sample (optional)
• Two professional references (recommended)
