About the role
Rachal Law Group, PLLC is a growing boutique law firm based in Middle Tennessee dedicated to providing exceptional legal representation with integrity, compassion, and strategic advocacy. Our practice is rooted in immigration law, representing individuals and families before USCIS, the Immigration Courts, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and U.S. consular posts around the world. Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a broad practice, including immigration law and complementary areas of general practice.
- Advise clients on immigration matters, including family-based immigration, employment-based immigration, asylum, and removal defense.
- Represent clients in immigration court proceedings and appeals.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to provide comprehensive legal services.
- Manage cases efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate documentation and communication.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and third parties.
- Exercise sound judgment and maintain high ethical standards.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree
- Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, in good standing
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills
- Excellent organizational and case management abilities
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
- Commitment to providing exceptional client service
- Spanish proficiency is preferred but not required

- Experience in immigration law and/or general practice

Pay
40% fee split on collected attorney fees. No cap on earning potential.
