Requirements

• Strong interest in plaintiff-side litigation and in development of the law in ways that benefits wage and hour plaintiffs
• Strong legal writing, research, and organizational skills

• Candidates must be members of both the Maryland and D.C. bars, or be eligible to become members of both the Maryland and D.C. bars

Qualifications

• Salary is $75,000 to $120,000 commensurate with skill, educational background and experience
• Discretionary performance-based bonuses
