About the role
Associate Attorneys are responsible for legal oversight of all aspects of the firm's legal practice, including handling legal work related to litigation and foreclosure proceedings while also providing guidance to clients and staff.
Responsibilities
- Managing non-judicial foreclosure cases
- Reviewing and analyzing title work
- Drafting court documents, pleadings, and correspondence
- Appearing at court hearings
- Performing other duties as assigned to support department goals
- Occasionally working extended hours based on operational needs
Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a practicing attorney
- Experience in real estate or foreclosure preferred
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
- Member in good standing with the Colorado Supreme Court
Schedule
- Typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Onsite 2-3 days per week following a 90-day training period and upon management approval
Pay
The salary for this position typically ranges from $100,000.00 to $120,000.00, depending on qualifications, experience, and other factors.
