Associate Attorney

Position Overview Halliam PLLC, is looking to hire an associate attorney with a passion for real estate financing transactions on both the lender and borrower side, who is an energetic hard worker, capable of handling high-stakes, complex financing transactions on an expedited timeline. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience with commercial real estate finance, including loan originations, refinancings, mezzanine loans and similar transactions. This position will be based in the firm's Boca Raton, Florida office.
