Associate Attorney

Responsibilities

• Manage an active insurance defense litigation caseload from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Appear in court for hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and case management conferences
• Develop litigation strategy with partners and senior attorneys
• Prepare matters for trial and assist with trial proceedings
• Communicate directly with clients, insurance carriers, experts, and opposing counsel

Requirements

Licensed in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey with 3–5 years of litigation experience handling insurance defense matters through all phases of litigation.

Qualifications

Strong legal research and writing skills, excellent oral advocacy, and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Skills

Proven ability to handle complex litigation, effective communication skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities.

$120,000 - $145,000 per year based on experience.
