Associate Attorney

The Philadelphia office is seeking an Insurance Defense Associate Attorney with 3–5 years of litigation experience to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate is licensed in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey and has experience handling insurance defense matters through all phases of litigation. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside highly respected trial attorneys while managing your own caseload and continuing to develop your litigation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage an active insurance defense litigation caseload from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Appear in court for hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and case management conferences
• Develop litigation strategy with partners and senior attorneys
• Prepare matters for trial and assist with trial proceedings
• Communicate directly with clients, insurance carriers, experts, and opposing counsel
