Associate Attorney

Job Details

• Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on matters related to Estate Planning, Probate, Trust Administration, Trusts, Wills, Estates, Business Law, Business Litigation, Civil Litigation, and Real Estate Law.
  • Prepare and draft legal documents such as wills, trusts, estate plans, and contracts.
  • Represent clients in court or before government agencies, presenting evidence to defend or prosecute legal actions.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis of legal problems to interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for clients.
  • Negotiate settlements in civil litigation and other legal disputes.
  • Maintain client relationships and work to establish new client relationships.
  • Collaborate with our legal team to develop strategies for complex legal issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations.
• Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Associate Attorney, specifically with Estate Planning, Probate, Trust Administration, Trusts, Wills, Estates, Business Law, Business Litigation, Civil Litigation, and Real Estate Law.
  • Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
  • Proven experience as a business litigator with strong negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, judges, and opposing counsel.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with a strong ability to think strategically and make sound legal arguments.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
