Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of legal matters independently and efficiently.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and legal advice.
• Draft and review a wide range of legal documents including motions, briefs, contracts, and agreements.
• Represent clients in court, presenting evidence and arguments in a compelling and persuasive manner.
• Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations, providing clear and accurate information.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the Minnesota State Bar and in good standing.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing attorney.
• Proven experience in managing a diverse caseload and working independently.
• Exceptional legal research and writing skills.

Pay

$150,000 - $160,000 per year
