Responsibilities

• Provide legal representation to clients in insurance defense cases, including conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and legal memoranda, and preparing and arguing motions.
• Collaborate with our team of attorneys to develop legal strategies and tactics for complex cases.
• Participate in all aspects of litigation, including depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations, as well as potential legal risks and opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal developments in the field of insurance defense.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards, as well as firm policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar and in good standing.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance defense, with a proven track record of success.
• Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines, with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
• High level of integrity and professional ethics.
• Proficiency in using legal software and technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
