Qualifications
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- A current license to practice law in the state
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in general liability litigation
- Proven experience in representing clients in court and before government agencies
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful settlements
- Strong legal research and analytical skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex legal strategies to clients and other parties in a clear and effective manner
- High ethical standards and professional integrity
- Ability to work well under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and balance multiple priorities effectively
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and supervise junior staff
