About the role
This position will be based in Spokane, Washington.
SALARY: $100,000-$150,000 annually

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Manage discovery, including propounding and responding to written discovery, taking, and defending depositions, and analyzing complex documents.
- Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings and complex motions.
- Perform legal research.
- Make court appearances as necessary.
- Participate in case strategy discussions and contribute innovative ideas.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and team members.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on cases.
Qualifications And Requirements
- Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Washington required
- At least one year of experience in litigation. Experience as a plaintiff’s attorney and/or prosecutorial or criminal defense experience preferred)
- Detail oriented and organized, be a team player, be reliable, and capable of multitasking and managing a high volume of time-critical projects under tight deadlines.
- This position requires excellent written and oral communication skills.
