Responsibilities
- Maintain and supervise a heavy & diversified caseload of the firm's clients in HI
- Communicate with clients regarding their respective matters
- Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, review and draft agreements
- Communicate with opposing parties to resolve/settle claims
- Perform legal research related to contract law and other areas of consumer law
Qualifications
- Must be currently admitted to practice law in HI
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience at a law firm
