Junior Corporate Associate | Boston, MA A growing corporate law practice is seeking a Junior Corporate Associate with approximately 2.5-4 years of experience to join its Boston team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants exposure to sophisticated M&A, corporate finance, private equity, venture capital, and emerging company work while maintaining a sustainable work environment.
