Associate Attorney

We are partnering with a prestigious AmLaw 100 law firm seeking a Litigation Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join its Morristown, New Jersey office. This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated litigation matters within a collaborative team, with exposure to complex commercial disputes, product liability, and mass tort litigation.Key Responsibilities & Qualifications3-5 years of litigation experience, with a background in product liability, mass torts, and/or complex commercial litigation.Experience defending pharmaceutical, medical device, consumer health, or other consumer-facing product matters is preferred.Exposure to multidistrict litigation (MDLs) and class actions is a plus.Strong New Jersey state court experience required; federal court experience preferred.Experience across all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, hearings, and trial preparation.Judicial clerkship experience at the federal or appellate level will also be considered.Strong academic credentials and excellent analytical, writing, and advocacy skills.Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, team-oriented environment.Admission to the New Jersey Bar required; New York Bar admission is a plus.The OpportunityJoin a nationally recognized law firm known for its sophisticated litigation practice, supportive culture, and commitment to attorney development.
