Hall Prangle is seeking a full‑time associate for its Las Vegas office with 2‑5 years of litigation experience (medical malpractice or healthcare law experience is a plus but not required). Associates work in small teams led by seasoned trial attorneys, enjoy schedule flexibility while being encouraged to work regularly in‑office to foster collaboration, and are expected to be skilled, hard‑working, pleasant, and personable.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel and representation to the firm’s clients from pre‑trial through trial
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, written discovery, and agreements
• Attend court hearings, depositions, trials, and client meetings
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Collaborate with senior associates and partners on case strategy
• Contribute to business development and client relationship management

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the Nevada State Bar
• 2‑5 years’ experience in defense litigation (medical malpractice or healthcare law experience a plus)
• Strong understanding of State and Federal court rules and procedures
