Associate Attorney
About the role
The Atlanta, Georgia office of Hall Booth Smith, P.C. (HBS) seeks 3–5-year highly experienced Associate Attorneys to join its growing Litigation team. This is an exciting opportunity to practice with a national insurance defense leader, learn from very successful litigators, participate in case strategy and development, have access to the latest in law practice and AI technology, and both interact with and develop clients.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize and manage cases within the litigation team
- Contribute to case strategy and development
- Participate in case strategy and development
- Access to the latest in law practice and AI technology
- Interact with and develop clients
Requirements
- Prior insurance defense and Federal courts experience preferred
- Transportation and/or Insurance Coverage experience a plus
- Book of business not required
- Candidate must be active members of the Georgia Bar in good standing
