Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery demands and responses
- Absorb with the discovery process by administering depositions, issuing interrogatories and reviewing documents
- Perform legal research
- Make court appearances
Requirements
Candidates must be licensed in New York or New Jersey.
Qualifications
Must have an excellent academic background plus reading, writing, communication and attention to detail skills.
Benefits
The salary ranges from $105,000 to $115,000 plus benefits (health insurance, 401(k), life insurance, CLEs, registration fees, etc.).
Schedule
A hybrid schedule is acceptable.
