Associate Attorney

Responsibilities

• Draft discovery, motions, and other legal documents
• Conduct document review and case triage
• Participate in depositions and motion practice
• Engage in trial preparation, with opportunities to attend trials
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on select files across multiple practice areas
• Manage deadlines and follow established processes and training protocols

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of litigation experience (complex litigation preferred)
• Exceptional writing skills
• Ability to learn niche areas of law and adapt to varied practice areas
• Strong sense of personal accountability and confidence to handle depositions and hearings
• Excellent interpersonal skills and commitment to a collaborative office culture
• Self-starter with effective time management skills
