Responsibilities
- Advise healthcare stakeholders on a wide range of corporate, transactional, regulatory, and operational matters.
- Support a broad healthcare practice, including:
- Healthcare Regulatory & Compliance
- Transactional & Corporate Matters
- Contract Drafting and Negotiation
- Health Data & Innovation
Requirements
- Education/Professional: J.D. from an accredited law school and admission (or eligibility for admission) to the Florida Bar.
- 2-5 years of experience, or a strong demonstrated interest in healthcare law, health policy, or life sciences.
- Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and have valid insurance and driver’s license.
- Must be able to pass a Level I and Level II Background check as required.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for admission to the Florida Bar.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and insurance.
- Must pass a background check.
Skills
- Strong legal knowledge, particularly in healthcare law, health policy, or life sciences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in contract drafting and negotiation.
- Experience with healthcare regulatory compliance.
- Knowledge of health data and innovation.

$112,804 - $141,005 annually
