Responsibilities

• Advise healthcare stakeholders on a wide range of corporate, transactional, regulatory, and operational matters.
• Support a broad healthcare practice, including:
• Healthcare Regulatory & Compliance
• Transactional & Corporate Matters
• Contract Drafting and Negotiation
• Health Data & Innovation

Requirements

• Education/Professional: J.D. from an accredited law school and admission (or eligibility for admission) to the Florida Bar.
• 2-5 years of experience, or a strong demonstrated interest in healthcare law, health policy, or life sciences.
• Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and have valid insurance and driver’s license.
• Must be able to pass a Level I and Level II Background check as required.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible for admission to the Florida Bar.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Must pass a background check.

Skills

• Strong legal knowledge, particularly in healthcare law, health policy, or life sciences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in contract drafting and negotiation.
• Experience with healthcare regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of health data and innovation.

$112,804 - $141,005 annually

Full-Time | Day Shift | Monday-Thursday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Friday 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
