Associate Attorney

Position Title: Associate Attorney Salary Range: $180,000–$245,000 annually, DOE Build your litigation career somewhere you will actually litigate. This Associate Attorney will join a nationally recognized construction and commercial litigation practice, working directly alongside experienced partners on sophisticated matters involving construction disputes, government contracts, surety, and complex commercial litigation. Rather than being limited to research or isolated assignments, associates gain hands-on exposure to client strategy, discovery, law and motion, depositions, arbitrations and trial preparation. The ideal candidate is a strong writer and confident litigator with at least three years of substantive litigation experience who wants meaningful responsibility, direct mentorship and a clear path toward partnership.
