Associate Attorney (2-10+ years, Defense) -- Labor & Employment, Commercial Litigation

About the role

Experienced Attorney for one of the largest and most prominent (and growing AmLaw) firms in California. Commercial Litigation, Labor & Employment (HYBRID!).

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in commercial litigation matters
• Handle labor and employment disputes and advisory work
• Engage with public entity labor and employment issues
• Advise on education facilities and construction-related matters (excluding defect work)

Requirements

• California licensed attorney
• 2–10+ years of relevant legal experience

• Willingness to learn and adapt across related litigation areas

Pay

$140,000 – $320,000 per year
