Location: Charlotte, NC Salary: $100,000.00 USD Annually - $120,000.00 USD Annually Description: This role is a Residential Real Estate Associate Attorney in Charlotte, NC. It’s designed for an attorney with 2–3 years of residential real estate law experience who wants to grow their practice in a high-volume, client-focused environment. This Job Will Have The Following Responsibilities Conduct residential real estate closings for buyers, sellers, and lenders. Review closing documents and title searches for accuracy and legal sufficiency. Resolve title curative matters efficiently. Communicate with clients, brokers, lenders, and title companies throughout the process. Deliver practical legal guidance while managing multiple transactions. Qualifications & Requirements JD from an accredited law school. Active South Carolina law license (required). North Carolina law license (preferred). 2–3 years of residential real estate law experience, including conducting closings and reviewing title matters. Notary Public (or willingness to obtain before start date). Strong written and verbal communication skills.
