Key Responsibilities And Duties

• Aid in underwriting and oversight of direct equity and equity-like investments.
• Execute on due diligence including modeling and drafting investment committee materials.
• Respond to external and internal business partners, prepare board materials and presentations.
• Assist various business partners with valuation, accounting, legal and compliance deliverables.
• Support the internal Sales and Product team’s third-party distribution efforts for Nuveen’s private infrastructure investments.
• Screen, underwrite and structure limited partnership commitments with external infrastructure fund managers.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis on existing infrastructure portfolio investments.
• Assist in portfolio activities including portfolio reviews, market research, rating agency analysis, sponsor evaluation, and investment modifications.
• Research and analyze both macro and portfolio trends to help drive investment goals and portfolio construction.
• Maintain investment performance databases and files.
