Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support across investment and accounting functions.
- Reconcile bank and investment account statements with the general ledger.
- Prepare, review, and organize legal and financial documents, including investment agreements, subscription documents, NDAs, entity formation materials, and trust/estate planning documents.
- Support KYC and AML documentation requests and onboarding requirements for new and existing investments.
- Cook up execution and recordkeeping of legal documents across multiple entities.
- Manage calendars, track deadlines, schedule meetings, and facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate digital records, monitor reporting obligations, and support compliance documentation.
- Process capital call and distribution notices related to investment activity.
- Aid in the preparation of annual financial reports for portfolio entities.
- Assist in the preparation of ad hoc projects across investment and accounting teams as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new systems and technologies.
