Position Overview
Standish Management is seeking associates to join our fund administration team. Associates will oversee administrative support and investor relations for client funds under the guidance of the team members.
Responsibilities
- Data entry of financial and client information into recordkeeping system
- Serve as an essential part of the fund administration team
- Maintain and update various filing systems
- Aid in preparing information and data for capital calls, distributions, and allocations to investors
- Handle investor correspondence regarding fund information
- Manage clients' management companies' accounts payable and receivable
- Perform monthly bank account reconciliations and quarterly reporting to Limited Partners
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance related field
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Familiarity with QuickBooks (a plus)
- Knowledge of various investment accounting concepts
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and work ethic

Pay
$78,000 annually. Compensation within this range will be based on individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.
