• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Ability to obtain a real estate salesperson license in the state you are located within 120 days of the start date of your association, if not already licensed
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to challenges
• Coachable attitude with a desire for continuous improvement and personal growth
