Responsibilities

• Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings related to employment law matters
• Draft, argue, and respond to motions in employment litigation cases
• Take and defend depositions in employment litigation matters
• Manage multiple cases and projects in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with team members and work independently

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in employment litigation
• Must be admitted to practice law in CA
