About the role

Nexamp is seeking a Real Estate & Title Operations Specialist to support real estate and title matters for third-party project financings. In this role, you will ensure title policies, surveys, estoppels, affidavits, and other real estate documents are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.

You'll partner with Legal, Finance, Portfolio Operations, Capital Markets, and external partners to keep financings on track and support timely closings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Portfolio Operations, Capital Markets) and external partners to support timely closings.
• Maintain on-time delivery of real estate and title documentation for project financings.
