Associate

Constangy, Brooks, Smith & Prophete seeks an associate with 2-5 years of experience, based in the state of Texas. The candidate will ideally reside near Dallas for remote and/or in-person work, though candidates located outside of Dallas will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings
• Draft and argue motions
• Take and defend depositions

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in labor and employment law
• Active admission to practice and good standing in the State of Texas
• Excellent academic credentials
• Strong writing and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
