Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining pipelines of senior-level candidates through targeted outreach and ongoing relationship management
• Conducting in-depth conversations to evaluate experience, interest, and overall alignment with client mandates
• Partnering with internal team members to map target organizations and talent pools
• Preparing and presenting candidate profiles and market insights to stakeholders
• Participating in meetings with candidates and clients throughout the search lifecycle
• Managing multiple active engagements while ensuring consistent progress and communication

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a relationship-driven or client-facing environment
• Strong communication skills with a polished and professional presence
• The ability to build credibility with senior professionals over time
• Excellent organization and prioritization skills
• Intellectual curiosity with strong judgment in assessing talent
• A proactive, driven approach with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
