Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Compile and prepare project status reports for senior management and other stakeholders.
- Create and maintain Smartsheet project dashboards or tracking tools to visualize project performance.
- Aids in organizing and maintaining project documentation, files, and records.
- Coordinates project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
- Maintains project timelines and assists in tracking project progress.
- Fosters effective communication and collaboration within the division.
- Ensures team members are informed about project updates and changes.
- Communicates project status, objectives, and expectations to all relevant parties.
- Addresses stakeholder inquiries and concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of standard office procedures and computer software.
- Ability to handle and resolve conflicts in a professional, tactful manner.
- Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft project and Smart Sheet.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving overall business objectives.
- Ability to clearly, concisely, and accurately report on project progress.
- Establishes priorities, plans, manages scope, and effectively delivers timelines.
- Energized by working in a fast-paced environment.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 2 years of project management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Aptitude for learning new software and systems.
- Experience developing internal processes.
- Advanced Smartsheet Experience.
Pay and Benefits
This is a salaried position starting at $70,000.00 (or applicable minimum salary, if higher) and pays up to $97,000.00, based on experience and qualifications.
