What You Will Be Doing
The Associate Art Lead supports the Titleist Golf Ball creative team in bringing brand strategy to life through premium, market-ready visual execution. This role bridges campaign-level concepting with the production and extension of assets across various media channels.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field with a minimum of 3 years of design or art direction experience preferred; in lieu of a degree, 7+ years of directly related professional experience with a strong portfolio is required.
- Proven proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Portfolio required demonstrating both conceptual thinking and production execution, including digital advertising and/or paid media work.
- Strong visual aesthetic with the ability to ideate, conduct creative discovery, and contribute to concept development.
- Familiarity with campaign workflows, asset management, and partnering with internal teams and external agencies.
- Experience using file-sharing tools such as SharePoint and Box; comfort working in a Mac environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including comfort designing presentations in PowerPoint.

To extend an existing campaign concept across multiple formats, I would first review the original concept and ensure alignment with the brand's overall strategy. Then, I would adapt the concept to fit the specific requirements of each format, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual style. For instance, if the campaign was centered around a high-quality, premium image, I would apply this aesthetic to social media posts, display ads, and retail displays. I would also consider the size and placement of each asset to optimize impact and ensure that the message resonates effectively with the target audience.
Contributing to Early Creative Development
I contribute to early creative development by actively participating in brainstorming sessions and providing input on concept development. I help generate ideas, conduct creative discovery, and refine concepts based on feedback from the Art Lead and broader marketing team. My role involves translating strategic insights into visually compelling assets that drive engagement and meet business objectives.
