Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily operations of clinics in the practice
• Act as liaison between administrative services and assigned clinics
• Implement and ensure compliance with federal and state regulatory compliance programs and policies
• Support the financial goals of the company by being fiscally responsible in all areas, including staffing and purchasing

Qualifications

• Five years of operations management experience in a healthcare corporation with multiple sites
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of medical records management
• B.A. degree in business administration or a related field
• Valid state driver’s license for travel to clinics
• Compliance with the company’s Driver Safety Operations and Motor Vehicle Records Check Policy
• Clear results of a thorough background screening (contingent on offer)
• Receipt of required vaccinations, including influenza vaccine (barring approved exemption)
• Agreement to drug testing as a condition of employment (medical marijuana cards not recognized)
