Associate Applications Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service delivery consistent with the goals and objectives of the University and the Office of the Controller.
• Supports production support of Student Financials Systems modules.
• Assists Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in providing production support of Student Financials Systems modules.
• Trains the University community on the use of the student financials systems modules.
• Prepares reports and supports the university community in the use of reports.
• Maintains and updates PeopleSoft/Campus Solutions user roles as requested.
• Supports PeopleSoft/Campus Solutions modules as assigned by the Director of Student Financials Systems.
• Updates the department head on the status of the student financial systems logs submitted on behalf of the Controller's direct reports, business analysts or SMEs.
• Provides weekly updates and recommends changes to enhance student financials systems to the Director.
• Aids in the documentation of business processes.
• Assists with special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and some experience in a related field; OR four (4) years of experience in related field; OR an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience.
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft ERP System, Microsoft Office, Adobe and other web related software, a plus.
