Position Description

Shutts & Bowen is seeking an Associate with 2-3 years of experience to join the firm’s Appellate Practice Group.

• Top academic credentials
• Strong comprehensive legal research and analytical skills
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities
• Experience in participating in oral arguments and hearings
• Conducting legal research and analysis for appellate cases
• Drafting persuasive briefs, motions, and other legal documents
• Federal Clerkship experience is highly preferred

Requirements

Must be a member of the Florida Bar.
